The Theosophical tradition has developed a wealth of teachings about the spiritual life that constitutes a distinctive system of yoga.  This path is particularly relevant for today's world since it is not meant to be trodden in retirement but in the midst of our daily life.  Some of its prominent practices are study, meditation, purification, self-observation and service, all of which stimulates a holistic unfoldment of our physical, moral, mental and spiritual nature.
